Join us for our first food festival celebrating the delicacies of south west aquaculture, with dishes utilising local produce in inspiring new cultural recipes.

To kick off we are launching in Plymouth with a traditional and culinary bang. Aquafest is all about utilising local sea farmers produce in a mix of both traditional and fusion of culinary cultures. We have been working hard to inspire more arts into our under appreciated local culinary heritage, if your na artist who has been inspired by lo0cal maritime traditions then please get in touch so we can discuss a alignment and art stall availability.

Primary produce to be used includes, scallops, mussels, oysters, seaweed, caviar, sturgeon, artic char, stream bass.
